I loved 99% about this place, the only thing I didn't like was that the beds were hard (but some people enjoy that).
The host was gracious enough to allow early check-in as I arrived several hours before planned, and he also allowed late check-out while I was waiting for my bus.
The host also always offered to make coffee, ouzo, traditional Greek sweets, always offered to listen about how your vacation is going.
The rooms are small but very quaint, offering everything you need on a summer vacation. Refridgerator, airconditioning, blinders to keep the sun out. There's a double bed and a smaller children's bed so you can bring someone as well. There are no cooking facilities, which personally I didn't even need.
The hotel is located inbetween the town center and the beach, a very pleasant walk towards either is guaranteed!

The hotel is placed on top of a hill with a beautiful panorama view over the sea. It has beautiful palm trees gardens, nice room terraces to enjoy the view and the garden. You need the car to go to the beach.
The breakfast was amazing, almost close to a brunch as a menu. Very diverse, everyday something new was added to the menu.
The pool clean, large enough to accommodate easily 20 people - plus the view over the sea staying at the pool a true pleasure.
The hotel is pet friendly, and the gardens around the hotel allows for morning and evening walks in the shadow - the dog loved the hotel too.
The staff friendly, careful to offer the best service, even making on request cocktails and snacks - the food overall pretty decent.
A must visit of the city center of Neos Marmaras - 5 minutes drive from the hotel.

The rooms are sparkling clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The hotel has a parking and it is in a quiet area that has very nice tavernas. I had a room that was overlooking the sea very nice to arrive with a pink sunset. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing location. Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :)
Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia.

Beautiful, peaceful seaside village with restaurants bar and small shops open. Hearing the sound of the sea from the balcony was so amazing. The room was great for a 2 night stay, hostess was welcoming warm and friendly & took great care of us during our stay. The room was stylish, clean and modern with just enough facilities for a short stay. Everything working perfectly well and the place felt calm and relaxing. The local Ta Kymata fish & seafood restaurant was outstanding - fresh, stylish & delicious food. Highly recommend Neos Marmaras for a stay in Halkidiki!

Lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Not much public transport, but a fun train around town in the evening. A hilly area so not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you stay in the centre, the two closest beaches are a good 15-20 mins walk

Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us.
Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us. The city center is really great, you have a lot of places for shopping, really good tavernas/restaurants and it's a good place where you can relax after a day at the beach. The distance to the most popular beaches in Sithonia is between 30 mins - 1hour, so if you don't mind this, it's a great choice to have in mind for Sithonia.

It's a charming little town.
It's a charming little town. At the peak of the season it's too crowded. I think I would have liked it better in June when there aren't as many people. The streets are rather narrow, so when it's crowded you really notice it. The Sweet Home hotel I stayed in is a nice place, but I can't say that so a lot of other accomodation options I saw in the town center - at least by looking at them from outside. The Neos Marmaras beach is a better option than Paradisos beach in my opinion. You have a few beach bars to choose from. I stayed mostly at Anna Maria Beach Bar. The staff was nice, but the beach showers don't work, instead you can use a hose to wash yourself. On the plus side, the sea was beautiful, warm and really accessible. That's probably the reason why you'll see a lot of parents with small children. So, while I'm not blown away by the beach bars, I can say that the see itself is wonderful here. Another positive thing is the food. It's fantastic, and I ate in 8 different restaurants during my stay. I can say that all of them had tasty food options. You can see smalls ships in the marina, and by the docs and go on a small cruise. All in all, Neos Marmaras was a good experience, it's a lovely town but I don't think I would vise it again, simply because it's not for me. It's charming-looking, but rather steep to move around comfortably on foot, even worse by car because the streets are so narrow. I do recommend seeing it though, but try to find accommodation near the town center or beach and avoid the steel hills.AleksandraSerbia - 10Scored 10

Everything was great and as described. I didn't find any flaws, I probably could have if I wanted to, but I went on vacation and took it as a vacation, I adjusted it to make it nice for me. I find the comments where people find complaints that don't affect the quality of the vacation amazing. I even had a real and excellent espresso, kudos to the hotel staff.

Beside the two bedrooms and the living you get a huge terrace which is above all the buildings in the area and has also some sea view. The terrace also has a fully equipped barbeque place. Our four members of the family fully enjoyed the place and it was perfectly clean. The location is also a plus, as you can easily reach all the restaurants in Neos Marmaras center and also the local beach, all of them in maximum 15-20 min walking.

In the evening we could use the sports playgrounds and borrow balls. There are huge pine trees on the beach, so you can easely avoid sun and there are also other beautiful beaches nearby and the town of Neos Marmaras, where you can buy lovely souvenirs.

There are no other houses next to it so you have all the privacy you may need. We loved the outside shower where we could clean ourselves and not bring sand into the house. The Paradisos beach is really close, lovely beach, not too crowded. There are a few places where you can eat close by and if that's not enough there's always Neos Marmaras with plenty of choices.
