The rooms were clean all the time and the cleaning ladies asked us all the time if we need anything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Despina and Vaggelis which made the restaurant experience and our overall stay very pleasant. There was an incident at 5 am where some british people were slamming doors and yelling near our door ( room 356 ) and woke up our baby, but i called the reception and they handled the issue. in the morning they asked us if there were anymore problems and appologized even though it was not their fault. Thank you so much!

The whole place is great. It has a huge garden with palms, and you will enjoy going on a walk there. The beach is very close, and you can access it for free! The hotel provides beach towels, so that is cowered as well, which is amazing! The breakfast and dinner are AMAZING. You can try a lot of food and many different dishes. The room was HUGE! Huge toilet, bedroom, kitchen, living room. Just great! The personnel is very friendly, and as soon as you arrive, you and your bags will be transported to your room with a electrical vehicle.

Kassandra Palace is excellent hotel for quiet stay during beach vacation. It has tennis court and opportunities to rent bikes, different marine entertainments on the beach. The beach has free sunbeds. There is a big swimming pool with salt water and little pool for children. Nice territory with palm trees and grass. Breakfast and dinner has wide selection of different dishes. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival we were upgraded and got the bottle of excellent wine - it made us happy.

The resort is wonderful, a luxurious garden, with palm trees and lots of flowers and green. Feels like a haven. The sea water is clear and beautiful. The opportunity to move between the pool and sea is great, you can always find sunbeds in both areas. There is a beach bar that serves snacks and food at a reasonable price as well. The food is not very expensive at the resort's restaurant and the food served for breakfast and dinner is diverse, tasteful and one of the best I've had in the resorts I have visited.
